All claims for credit or return must be made to Mirotone within 48 hours via our customer service team on 1300 132 202 or email sales@mirotone.com.au

 

All return of goods must be authorised before returning.

  • Damaged stock - supply photo of damaged stock and invoice details

  • Change of mind - item must be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. Item must be unopened and in saleable condition. A restocking fee applies.

  • Product or technical concerns must be investigated by Mirotone prior to any agreement to return stock

  • Made to order and tinted / coloured products are not returnable or refundable unless proven faulty by Mirotone. Colours shown on-line or via colour cards are a representation of the colour only.  Actual colours may vary.

All refunds/credits to be as per payment method.
